By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our website or services. By using our website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

Anuvex LLC provides estate planning coordination, education, and facilitated access to third-party estate planning software. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal or tax advice. Nothing on this website constitutes legal advice or creates an attorney-client relationship. Any legal or tax questions should be directed to a licensed attorney or qualified tax professional.

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and other materials, is the property of Anuvex LLC or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.

Our website may allow you to request consultations, submit information, or purchase estate planning coordination services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if information provided is inaccurate or misleading.

All coordination services are provided pursuant to a separate written agreement outlining scope of services, fees, and responsibilities. Fees for estate planning coordination are one-time, flat fees as disclosed prior to payment. No recurring charges will be processed unless explicitly agreed to in writing. Due to the nature of digital platform access, fees are considered earned once access credentials to the third-party platform are issued.

Estate planning documents are generated through an independent third-party software provider. Anuvex LLC does not draft legal documents, determine legal strategies, or control the third-party platform’s document logic or outputs. Your use of any third-party platform may also be subject to that provider’s terms and policies.

All information on this website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee any legal outcome, tax result, or avoidance of probate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anuvex LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website, services, or any third-party software platform.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of those sites. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
